It appears it is time to get in on this whole blog... thing. I kept on looking at it as another way to waste my time. Until, that is, I started looking for some freelance writing jobs. As I surfed through the world wide web looking for ways to make a few bucks in this depressed economy, I saw post after post for paid bloggers.
My first reaction has to be bleeped out...but the next one was: 'I can do that.' I write everyday as it is. Two novels, and a non-fiction in the works, a blog should be simple enough....
Then came all the questions what do I want to write about? How do I market my blog? What do I call it? Life is so much more than one subject and I have so many interests. I love art, good food, good drinks, writing, travel, theatre... the list just went on and on. I was brain storming for hours. Then it struck me like the shower head struck and broke my toe yesterday (yes, that really did happen). I enjoy and do so many things lets call my blog: RENASCENCE MAN. Why Renascence Man? Not because I plan on writing about swinging swords-- though I do that-- but my interests are varied, and I strive to perfect those interests as if they each were an art form in and of themselves. Plus they make me smile.
